We currently accept and deliver orders across India only. Orders placed from locations outside India cannot be processed at this time.

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during festive periods may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service availability.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: Up to 9 Business Days
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Grameena Mart may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your registered mobile number.
7. Order Cancellation by Grameena Mart
Grameena Mart reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of order placement under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect customer information
- Logistics or delivery constraints
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Grameena Mart shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and order details.
